As we approach the busy holiday season, it’s essential to ensure your cases are submitted on time so we can complete and return them before Christmas. Below are the important dates and details you need to keep in mind to avoid any delays during this period.
1. Physical Case Cut-Off: Friday, 6th December 2024
For physical cases to be returned before Christmas, we must receive them by Friday, 6th December 2024. However, please plan ahead to allow for the necessary pickup times:
If you’re using Go Logistics, schedule your pickup for the morning of Thursday, 5th December to ensure timely delivery.
For Toll pickups, make sure to schedule the pickup 2 business days prior, ideally by Wednesday, 4th December.
Submitting cases after this cut-off could result in them being completed after the holiday break.
2. Digital Case Cut-Off: Thursday, 12th December 2024
For digital case submissions, the deadline is 3pm on Thursday, 12th December 2024. Any digital cases received after this time may not be completed before the Christmas closure.
Using CyberConnect makes it easy to submit cases digitally and track their progress in real time, but make sure to submit before the cut-off to avoid delays.
3. Important Case Considerations
Ensure that all case details are accurate and complete at the time of submission. If there are any questions or issues with your case, this may cause delays, and there’s a chance it won’t be completed before Christmas. We highly recommend double-checking all information before sending your case to avoid any hold-ups.
4. No Rush Requests During the Christmas Period
During this time, rush requests will not be accepted. All cases submitted during the busy Christmas period will be treated as a priority to ensure timely delivery. To manage the high volume of cases and maintain quality, we are treating each case with the utmost care, and therefore, no exceptions will be made for rush orders.
5. Holiday Office Closure
Cyberdent will be closed from Tuesday 24th December 2024, and will reopen on Thursday, 2nd January 2025. While our office is closed, you can still submit and manage cases online via CyberConnect during this period, but no cases will be processed until we reopen in the new year.
