With CyberConnect you can;
Submit cases using the 100% online prescription form and upload case reference materials such as photos for shade reference directly to the case.
Have an intraoral scanner? Upload *.STL files directly to the online prescription form, or let us know you're sending TRIOS scans.
Book a pickup online if you're sending physical records, just select 'physical records' at the end of the case submission process.
Track the progress of cases as they move through our laboratory, and receive email notifications. When the case is finished, we'll send you an email with the tracking number.
Communicate with our customer service team or the technician directly on the case file. The communication record will be kept on the case file in case you or your team need to reference it.
Invoices and statements are available on your account, and there is a payment section as well. So, you can take care of your accounts at a time that suits you.
Updating account information can all be done via your account, plus you have the option to add practitioners or practice locations if you have more than one. Allocate the patients case to specific dentists and locations when submitting the case. We'll pickup and deliver to the address specified on the case.
