Communication and case questions


Communication is key to the successful and timely manufacturing of your medical device. If we have a case question, it will be communicated to you via CyberConnect, and you’ll receive an email notification to let you know there is a case question.


Simply use the link in the email or log into your CyberConnect account and go to the correspondence tab of the case file. Here, you can send correspondence (including photos, drawings, or files if required).

If you have additional information you'd like to add to a case, you can log into your account at any time and send correspondence on your patient's case file. Keep in mind, however, if you leave it too late the case may have already been manufactured.
